FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Apparatus for fixing bone fragments when performing distal osteotomy of the first metatarsal bone includes a curved housing with a base and a leg and a hole in the base of the housing for introducing a screw. Personalized housing between base and pedestal comprises a bend. Between flexure angles there is an isthmus with holes for suturing soft tissues. Perpendicular drawn from the bend angle between the leg and the isthmus to the base plane is equal to the estimated value of lateralization of the head of the first instep bone after osteotomy. On the housing leg on the side of the screw introduction along its longitudinal axis there is an anti-rotational comb, and on the other side – a recess. Screw hole is made so that screw is installed flush with head.
EFFECT: invention provides higher rotational stability of the structure, as well as possibility of fixing soft tissues in an optimal position.
