FIELD: packaging technique. SUBSTANCE: a first filament embraces a necking portion of a container by an angle, equal to 360 degrees; a second filament embraces the necking portion by the same angle, but its loop has a reverse direction of winding. Upon movement of the first filament to a left side and movement of the second filament to the right side the container rotates counter-clockwise without its reciprocation motion. At inverse rotation motion of the filaments the container will rotate clockwise. EFFECT: enhanced serviceability. 1 cl, 3 dwg
