SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to container lock and method of its fabrication. Proposed lock comprises neck, cap engaged with neck, and lock element secured on neck. Lock element is arranged in first position relative to neck to simplify moulding of the latter and in second position to rule our removal of, at least, part of cap from container neck. Lock element displaces from said first position to said second position in fitting cap on neck. Proposed method comprises grouping multiple moulding interacting parts to define moulding cavity for moulding said neck, closing said moulding parts to make said moulding cavities by displacing said moulding parts along or parallel with one axis, feeding plastic material into said cavity, separating said moulding parts by displacing said moulding parts along or parallel with one axis, and extracting moulded neck.
