FIELD: biology, gene engineering in creating transgenic poultry with important consumer's characteristics. SUBSTANCE: microinjection is administered to embryonic disc of ovicell through the wall of oviduct funnel, making surgical incision 25-35 min after egg laying. This rules out injury to ovicell and oviduct because microinjection is administered to ovicells entering naturally into oviduct funnel, the ovicell is not extracted from sexual ducts and is not transplanted back because microinjection is administered through transparent thin wall of oviduct funnel. This process produces transgenic poultry whose genome varies the human growth hormone (this poultry can be used for separation from its blood of human growth hormone). The transformation percentage of poultry genome is 19%. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
