FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Transgenesis is carried out by conventional artificial insemination of chickens by mediated DNA transfer using human monoclonal antibodies associated on rooster spermatozoa. Detected human monoclonal anti-transferrin receptor antibodies are used. The target recombinant protein is expressed by cells of transgenic chickens in the blood serum and in egg white. The invention can also be used to produce complex recombinant proteins needed in medicine and veterinary.
EFFECT: method of producing transgenic chickens is disclosed.
