FIELD: municipal and road maintenance machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: in device, disk which carries levers with breakers is fastened on shaft of base vehicle drive in perpendicular to shaft. Levers are secured on disk underneath and pivotally. Levers are divided at point of their fastening into short arm turned towards center of disk, and long arm which carries breakers. In operation of device due to action of centrifugal force, levers are moving relative to hinge and approach towards surface of disk. Movement of levers is restricted by stops installed in holes of disk and located under disk. Stops interact with compression springs which are located at top of disk and hold levers in working position, thus ensuring efficient penetration of breakers into snow and ice cover on road surface.
