FIELD: employment of combined meliorative systems for reclamation of land in arid zones. SUBSTANCE: system has device for hydraulic post-construction washing and vacuum evaporation of drain under conditions of heavy soils which has washing-and-vacuum branch pipes mounted in attachment points of drains and distribution pipe-line behind check valves. Lower end of branch pipe communicates with chamber of pipe-line and drain, and upper end comes out to earth surface and is provided with hermetically sealed cover.
