SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The system contains a collector-drainage dehumidifying network, a humidifying network, a combined drainage-humidifying network, combined pumping stations. The location of crop rotation sites is assumed in the form of tiers, assuming humidifying by sprinkling. On the lower tier(s), water can be supplied to sprinklers from the regulating tank of the upper tier by gravity through an open irrigation network due to the potential energy of the water flow.
EFFECT: dehumidifying of the territory during the wet period and humidifying of agricultural crops during the dry period is provided, as well as improving the reliability and efficiency of the use of water resources of the system.
