SUBSTANCE: device for plunging anchors into the ground coat includes a housing, a trunk made of tubular members telescopically connected between themselves and placed in it, the trunk and anchor catches, thickener and powder charges. The latters are made in the form of series-connected pyrotechnic sets, each of them has separate discharges of slowing down, high-speed gasification and gas replenishment and are mounted in the central tubular member of the trunk equipped in its lower part with gas-tight screen and choke holes in the wall.
