FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: piston with spring-loaded rod is mounted in housing forming the working chamber. Rod is provided with stop for engagement with switch of piston initial and final positions. Drive is made in form of one-way pneumatic cylinder. Rod is provided with second stop for engagement with lever mounted on the housing. Counter showing amount of liquid is made in form of ratchet wheel provided with stop for engagement with switch and mounted for engagement with spring-loaded ratchets one of which is linked with lever and other is shut-down lever.
