SUBSTANCE: press has loading table; upper clamping mechanism; side stop; sawing support with spindle and drive engine; control system; limit switches; cut- plate of composite lash built integral with butt-end stop; side clamping device for clamping to two- position side stop provided with pneumocylinders; pneumatic system with pneumatic distributors incorporating control electromagnets; hydraulic system with hydraulic pump plant, pressure valves, hydraulic intake distributor, and hydraulic actuating distributors provided with control electromagnets coupled with control system. Loading table is installed along side stop; gluing mechanism is made in the form of toothed lath joined to pneumocylinders; blank feeding mechanism is installed in front of sawing support. Upper clamping mechanism is made in the form of bar; side clamping mechanism is made in the form of batten with two synchronized pneumocylinders; pressure mechanism is made in the form of pushing shoe, pusher, and hydraulic cylinder.
