FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: conjunctival cavity is instilled with 0.3% Ciprofloxacinum solution. Ciprofloxacinum is instilled within 2 days with ten-hour night interval. Thus within the first hour - every 5 minutes, starting from the second hour - every two hours, within the second day - every three hours.
EFFECT: method enables to prevent rough destruction of cornea within all layers by propagative agents within the first day from treatment beginning; to prevent cornea perforation; to provide early infiltrate resorption and cornea ulcer epithelisation and to keep and restore visual functions in a short space of time.
