FIELD: data-measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: two-wire line, power supply, voltage detector, transmitting section and specific number of receiving units are brought into the device. Any receiving unit has two univibrators and OR gate. Inputs of the latter are connected with outputs of univibrators. Input of one univibrator is connected with output of command decoder; input of the other univibrator is connected with the second output of address former. Output of OR gate is connected to input of optical decoupling member. Actuating element is energized by pulse current, transmitted along two-wire line. Power consumption may be reduced when the invention is used in electric automatic system of propulsive assembly of flying vehicle due to the fact that armature of electromagnet of actuating elements is sustained at operating position by pulses. Duration of these current pulses sets mean current being sufficient for sustaining electromagnet in position of operation. EFFECT: reduced power consumptions. 3 dwg
