FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: employment of inertia actuators - powered gyroscopes in space vehicle attitude systems makes it possible to effect control with no consumption of board mass. But process of control requires continuous or periodic relief of powered gyroscope system of accumulated moment of momentum. One of most effective methods of relief is based on application of external moment of magnetic forces to space vehicle casing; this moment is obtained due to interaction of magnetic field of celestial body with magnetic moment typical for the space vehicle proper. In this method, magnetic moment of space vehicle is formed by means of solar-cell batteries. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 8 dwg
