SUBSTANCE: device has the first electric signal generator (output voltage of the generator is under control) and converter connected to output of electric signal generator, adder, infrasonic frequency triangular and square-shape pulse generator. Electric signal generator has additional output for automatic frequency controlling; this output is connected with output of the adder. The first input of the adder is connected with output of triangular pulse generator. The other input of the adder is connected with output of square-shape pulse generator through signal amplitude regulator. Triangular pulse generator changes frequency of electric pulse generator smoothly within 10 Hz-5 kHz range during period of 10-60 seconds. Square-pulse generator changes frequency of electric signal generator abruptly for 0-10 V at frequency 0.5-1.0 Hz.
