FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes carrying out hetero- and autosuggestion, closing contact between right and left halves of human body, carrying out self-massage including finger massage starting from occipital tubers to 7-th cervical vertebra, massage by dorsal surface of first interfalangeal articulation by making transverse sliding motions with first to fourth fingers along vertebral column in projection of intervertebral disks, and pinpoint massage in region of coccygeal bone and projection of humerus elbow tip and scapula acromial process, patient's executing consecutive rotary motions along axis of vertebral column from top to bottom and vice versa, alternately changing foot support from heel to fingers and vice versa simultaneously by both extremities, and repeating manipulations every 15 to 20 minutes with alternating above enumerated manipulations with relaxations. Total duration of procedure is 2 h. EFFECT: promising results.
