FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, physical rehabilitation, methods for spinal recovery. At first, the spinal column is exposed to self-massage in a starting position of lying on back with using a mat to turn the segments to massage: lumbosacral and thoracocervical including broadest muscle of back, paravertebral, intercostal muscles and glutei to a pleasant warm sensation. It is followed by self-massage with warming up said areas by feet circular motions in a squatting position. Then the areas are vibrated by percussions of waist, sacrum, hip joints at various amplitude and pace with using the mat. Due to active box-like hands movements supported by bent legs, thoracic region is warmed up, while 'walking' down on back and hands circular motions enable warming up cervicothoracic spine and back muscles. The exposure is performed in the morning and in the evening and lasts for 10-15 minutes that is followed by spinal stretching and relaxing.
EFFECT: method is easy to implement; it provides recovering functional activity of the spinal column, forming pectoral girdle to support a healthy bearing, ensures normalised internals activity, nervous performance and high physical efficiency.
