FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: Probe is made of two pipes of different diameter with side holes. Inner pipe of 3 mm diameter, used for long period post-surgery gas-gastral decompression, is located inside pipe of bigger (15 mm ) diameter, used for introduction of smaller pipe into empty intestine. Pipe of smaller diameter is extended through hole st end of probe and has bulging to be caught through wall of intestine by hand of surgeon. Intestine contents are sucked off through pipe of bigger diameter. Washing solution is fed into intestine through pipe of smaller diameter. After intersurgery decompression of small intestine is over outer pipe is removed and through inner pipe post-surgery decompression of small intestines is exercised. EFFECT: probe decreases traumatic consequences, increases decompression of intestines, four fold decreases probe passage time as compared with common Miller-Ebbot's probe. 1 dwg
