FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, surgery. Into stomach through nose probe is introduced with conductor, which is equipped with magnet. In abdominal cavity through trocar laparoscopic magnetic tool is inserted in form of tube with magnet. Magnet attracts laparoscopic tool distal magnet probe through wall of hollow organ. Probe is supplied simultaneously from outside and with help of magnetic tool advancing it behind duodenal bend.
EFFECT: method and device for its realization make it possible to avoid complications by laparoscopic monitoring of position of probe during intubation.
