FIELD: bread-baking plants and bakery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has: movable base 1, on which body 2 and worm conveyer 3 with joint of magnet 9 and electric motor drive 7 are fixed; feeding bunker 10 with lid, protecting grating and transition member. Sift 14 is located on shaft inside body 2 and is cleaned by knives, that are mounted on its perimeter along generatrix at angle of 15 - 20 deg. to plane, that is tangential to working surface of sift 14. Upper and bottom sides of distributing site of sift 14 are provided with blades. Agitator 17, that prevents sift from motion along shaft, is mounted in body 2 over sift 14 and coaxially to it. Labyrinth type gasket is set between transition member and sift 14 in its upper part. Blades are used for flour feeding to worm conveyer. EFFECT: apparatus is used in bakery. 3 cl, 4 dwg
