FIELD: deposition techniques.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to the production of equipment for the deposition of particles with magnetic properties in loose mixtures and can be used to clean any contaminated bulk material, in particular, in agriculture for the preparation of feed mixtures, both finely dispersed and containing large fractions. A rotary sifter with a removable mixer comprises a loading box connected to the front wall of the screening chamber by means of a flange and equipped with a cover, a screening chamber with a lower unloading flange and a cylindrical body, an electric motor mounted on the flange, unloading and loading trays, a loading box flange, a bearing frame, whereas the sifter is equipped with a magnetic separator. The sieving chamber consists of a sieve fixed on the frame, a magnetic separator made in the form of a panel installed in the sifter body with magnetic rods fixed on it, a sieve cover fixed on the sieving chamber flange, a sieve inspection hatch located on the cylindrical body, a screening pipe with a shutter, a shaft equipped with a screw feeder fixed on it and a rotor with blades, fixed in the coupling and in the bearing assembly, respectively. The rotor blades are adjustable in the radial direction. The loading box of the sieving chamber is connected to the mixer by means of a quick-detachable flange, or by means of the upper flange of the loading box of the sifter, or by means of the lower unloading flange of the sifter. The magnetic rods of the magnetic separator are made in the form of permanent magnets. In a removable mixer on the shaft-rotor, mixing elements of at least two types are rigidly fixed: the first is made parabolic, the second is made arcuate with a radius from 1/2 to the height of the parabola of the first mixing element, or is made in the form of adjacent crossed rectilinear blades fixed in a crosshair on a stand perpendicular to the rotor shaft, wherein the protruding parts of both mixing elements are held by the stand passing through a groove or hole in the rotor shaft.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of mixing the mixture, sieving and removing metal impurities from the mixture, as well as simplifying the maintenance of the sifter design.
