FIELD: baking industry, in particular, removal of contaminants from flour. SUBSTANCE: flour sieve has lifting mechanism for lifting flour sack to level sufficient for spilling flour into hopper mounted on drop closure to allow sieve to be cleaned without disassembling of flour sieving unit. Sieving unit has hollow sieve drum mounted on vertical drive shaft and sleeve disposed within drum and adapted for distributing flour over sieve. Drum with sleeve is positioned under hopper to facilitate access to sieving unit. Flour sieve is further provided with vertical auger for discharging sieved flour and magnetic catchers positioned in top part of auger.
