FIELD: instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: fixing arm is installed for turning on the side walls of the holder bent from the bottom of the pen. From one side of the fixing arm it has the bent clamping edge used to fix the turns in advanced position, the shank for fastening to the handle being arranged from the opposite side of the fixing arm. The elongated circular turns have projections in the middle part. The turns embrace the base of the holder for alternate longitudinal displacement along the base with subsequent fixing.
