SUBSTANCE: cutter includes holder and disposable rotating quick-release cutting plate of polyhedral shape, mounted at lateral side in holder head jack of matching shape, with the holder width less than plate width, and cutting edges of plate ore formed by junction of its lateral sides. Holder head is elongated, while cutting plate is trihedral or trihedral with props in middle part, or square, or rhombic, or pentahedral, or hexahedral, with transition sections of lateral side conjunction are removed on tops due to flats or covings/chip grooves made along the tops through the whole depth. Cutting plate is fixated in the holder head by elastic grip with ledge for plates with flats or with rounding for plates with covings, or the cutting plate is fixated in the holder head by lengthwise groove where removable pressure bar with ledge for plates with flats or with rounding for plates with covings is installed and fixated on elongated head by one or two screws. Groove and pressure bar feature flat base and back or V-shaped concave or convex slots in the base and back and reflected convex or concave bearing surfaces at the lengthwise groove. To compensate for cutting plate, flats and covings size variation, transition section between base and back of pressure bars and matching section of bearing surfaces near lengthwise groove are arched or tilted to produce pull.
