FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: suspension has four hinged to each other levers 1, 2, 3, 4, that form four link structure with hinges a-a′ and b-b′. Hinges are located on axis, that is perpendicular to direction of transport mean movement. Journal of wheel 7 of transport mean is connected with hinge "b" of body by lever 5. Levers 3 and 4 of four link structure are made two-armed. One arm of which is engaged with lever 5 during turn of the latter around hinge "b". In case wheel runs on obstacle, loading through lever 5 and four-link structure is met by springs 9 and 10 and smooth running is ensured in the case both in forward and backward running directions.
