FIELD: power production by using energy of waves. SUBSTANCE: mounted on plant casing are vertical tubes of energy converters; members taking wave oscillations are made in the form of floats; kinematic linkage between working elements and floats is provided by two-arm lever hinged to casing and float and hinged equilateral four-link assembly; one pair of opposite hinges of the latter is located on converter working element displacement axis; under hinge is linked with the latter and bottom one is combined with hinge of two-arm lever that couples it with casing; one of lever arms functions as one of links four-link assembly; second pair of assembly hinges is intercoupled by means of flexible member, such as spring, and placed horizontally.
