SUBSTANCE: device has current transducer, wind speed transducer and ambient temperature pickup, unit for computing overheat, non-linear converter, the first adder and actuating mechanism. The second and the third adders and five units of controlled factor are brought into the device additionally. Temperature dependence of convective heat transfer coefficient is accounted in the device.
