FIELD: transport mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: stand has base, frame with turning around axis drums fixed on it, drives and regulator devices. Drum axes are mounted eccentrically or have the form of oval or polygon. Each drum is provided with timer and with two drives operating in minimum and maximum regimes. Machine is provided with vibrator and spring-actuated stretchings. The stand is provided with two pairs of guides located in mutually perpendicular direction. One pair is positioned fixed, the second pair is installed by means of rollers and hinges and is carried out movably in one side. Screw telescopic beams are mounted on last guides. They are provided with hinges, rollers and drive. On them supporting are fixed rigid on which drums are fixed by hinges. Drums axes are coupled by means of hinges with supporting rollers and rollers by means of cross provided with stops and carried out rotatably under proper dip angle, the rollers are provided with brakes.
