FIELD: shipbuilding; building of motor sailing ships.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ship has sails, masts, internal combustion engine and propellers. Masts are interconnected in upper base by means of channel beam. Swivel frames located between masts are provided with guides and spacers and are articulated on channel beams and on deck by means of axles. Swivel frames are interconnected and are connected to ship's hull on both sides by means of ropes and winches. Swivel frames have trapezoidal form. Sails are mounted in guides by means of rollers. Latches mounted in upper and lower bases of sail belts are engageable with micro-switches mounted in upper base of swivel frame and under deck for breaking the electric circuits of winches and electric motor of capstan which is necessary for limiting up and down motion of sail belts. Rigging control regulator is provided with wind force and direction sensor. Wind force sensor has swivel plate and arc indicating the wind force on which reed relays are secured; permanent magnet rigidly secured on plate is engageable with reed relay by magnetic field for breaking the circuit supplying the solenoid of winch ratchet mechanism pawl and making the circuit of capstan motor. Wind direction sensor is provided with swivel weathervane plate and counter-weight; weathervane axles are rigidly connected with dowel pin. Permanent magnet pointer located on weathervane plate and on end of dowel pin is engageable with reed relays located on external and internal rings mounted on fixed support. Reed relays located on external ring are used for breaking the electric circuit of winch and reed relays located on internal ring are used for making this circuit. Ship is provided with internal combustion engine and propellers for turning the sails for enhanced entrapping of wind flow for forming the velocity head and pressure of wind transforming it in force required for motion of ship, as well as for taking-in the sails in case of storm or wind blowing into bow or sides of ship. Internal combustion engine is made in form of cylinder with rotor and blades located inside it, thus dividing the cylinder into four chambers. Cylinder walls are provided with water jackets; reed relay engageable with permanent magnet located on rotor blade is mounted on cylinder wall. Reed relay is connected with spark plug coil by means of electric circuit for igniting the combustible mixture. Suction chamber of cylinder is connected with electrolyzer reservoir through gas ducts, gas counters, valves, vacuum pumps and vacuum bottle. Vacuum bottle is provided with float chamber having float provided with permanent magnet plates. Reed relays are located in float chamber at different levels. Lubrication system is provided with oil tank, oil pipe line, stuffing box, hollow oil distributing shaft, oil passages and valves. Electrolyzer reservoir is provided with battery where electrodes are interconnected through washers made from dielectric material, AC supply sources through electronic converter, electric pulse generator and electric switches. First inlet tube of electrolyzer reservoir is connected with distilled water reservoir and with de-aerator. Second tube is connected with reservoir filled with liquid alkaline thought proportioner equipped with solenoid and time relay. Electrolyzer reservoir is connected with unit separating hydrogen from oxygen. It is made in form of vacuum bottle provided with vacuum pumps and vacuum regulator.
EFFECT: ease of handling ship's rigging.
