Housing is made in form of first bush 1 and is provided with third pipe union 2 and fourth pipe union 3. Evaporator is made in form of radiator 11 with circular bores on outer surface. Valve is made in form of taper bush 22 and disk 23 secured on free end of rod 7 by means of threaded joint. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
