FIELD: valves production.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in pipeline systems to control the flows of fuel components in liquid rocket engine. Pneumatically controlled valve consists of case with inlet and outlet pipes, pneumatic cylinder with control piston and hollow cylindrical gate coupled with piston and pressed with spring to the seat. In pneumatic cylinder there are two control cavity, which are connected to different sources of compressed gas. On the cover of pneumatic cylinder is a nozzle for blowing valve outlet branch pipe, which is connected to the sleeve arranged along the axis of the valve. Said sleeve through axial hole in the control piston freely installed in hollow cylindrical valve with axial gap between inner end of the gate and end of bushing. Note here that in the cavity of sleeve, in its end section, there is a check valve. In the end of the outer surface of the gate there are through air bleed holes connecting cavity of the bolt with cavity of outlet nozzle.
EFFECT: ruling out ingress of fuel into gas generator before start and after disconnection of motor and reduction of aftereffect pulse due to reduction of time after-burning fuel.
