SUBSTANCE: quantitatively determining o-toluidine in blood involves preliminary treating of samples by chloroform with further boiling for 15 sec, carrying out gas-chromatographic analysis. Chromatography is carried out by injecting blood samples to be analyzed after preliminary treatment into a column with a stationary liquid phase of 3% OV-1 applied onto chromaton N-super sorbent, o-toluidine being quantitatively determined by absolute calibration technique.
