Device is supplemented with unit 3 of formation of partial remainders, modulus accumulator register 4, generator 5, flip-flop 8 and delay element 12. Partial remainder of 2ⁱ is computed in first cycle i=0, then coefficient a_i with presenting number A_k is positional number notation is analyzed and accumulating modulus summing of corresponding partial remainder at aa_i=1=1 is carried out. Simultaneously partial remainder of 22ⁱ⁺¹ is computed and so on till all register positions are analyzed in which number AA_k is entered.
