Heat-insulated cover plates 4 and brackets 9 with heat-insulated bars 13 are connected with beams 5. Heat insulation 23 is laid between plating 1 and sheathing 24. Device makes it possible to reduce stresses in the plating caused by temperature strains and external forces, thus decreasing probability of cracks.
