ROLLER TYPE CRUSHING MILL "VIKMAX" AND METHOD TO FIX GEARED DISKS ON ITS ROLLERS Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: wood-felling waste material crushing. SUBSTANCE: roller type crushing mill has: frame 1, bearing supports 2, two rollers 3 and 4, drives 21 and 24, brakes 22 and 25. Shafts 5 of rollers has threadings 6 and 7 and slits 8 and 9, located on opposite ends. Geared disks 10, partitioned by distancing bushes 11, are set free on cylindrical parts of shafts 5. Pack of disks 10 and bushes 11 is fixed between flange bush 12 and nut-gear 20. Gear 16, that is capable to be fixed in two positions by fork 17, is mounted on slits of flange bush 12. During disks 10 of roller 4 fixing process its nut-gear 20 is fed to couple with gear 16 of roller 3. Then drive 24 of roller 3 and is switched on and nut-gear 20, screwing on shaft 5, pulls pack away. Fixation of disks 10 of roller 3 is exercised similarly. It shortens time period of crushing mill preparation for operation, increases its productivity and does not require crushing mill disassembling to readjust its screw type production line to crush materials with different physico=mechanical features.
