FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for processing various materials, for example, wood wastes, sued tires, etc. Shredder rolls consist of shaft, discs with different-parameter teeth and mid rings. Said discs are arranged on said shaft in sections combining identical-parameter discs. Combination of several sections on one roll allows a multistage crushing and grinding in one shredder. Invention allows selective crushing or grinding of various materials at most suitable section.
EFFECT: compact design, expanded operating performances.
