METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING FRACTURED PARTICLES OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: during manufacture of fractured particles the materials are subjected to two-stage grinding, the fractured particles are subjected to purification from contamination at the stage of their grinding and transporting between first and second stages of grinding. Plant for manufacturing fractured particles has device for coarse grinding and device for fine grinding made in the form of roll crushers 1 and 37 of analogous construction but with different parameters mounted on separate frames 4 and 37, two-way system for large-sized fractured particles consisting of live roller 7 suspended on hinges to frame 4 of crusher 1 and inclined conveyer 8 butting against it, additional conveyer 30 of large-sized fractured particles placed under roller 7 and marginal conveyer 44 of fine fractured particles. Purification of large-sized fractured particles from mineral impurities and decay is carried out on live roller 7 whose rolls have alternating circular protrusions and hollows along the whole length. Circular protrusions of each roller are placed with gap "a" in circular hollows of preceding roller. Purification of fractured particles from metallic inclusions is carried out with the help of metal detector 29 placed above inclined conveyer 8. Control cabin 48 is mounted on support closed from all sides, mounted on vertical props and forming the space for electrocabinets. Method is used for equipment for grinding different materials: resinous wood, different wood waste, tire casings etc. EFFECT: ensured two-stage grinding of waste resulting in purified fractured particles of desired parameters. 16 cl, 10 dwg
