FIELD: water cleaning. SUBSTANCE: filter has housing with vertical drive shaft and fitted-on upper disk 6 and lower disks. Secured by smaller base on upper disk is non-rigid taper filtering partition 8. Deformation of partition is provided by device which has radial rings 9 uniformly spaced and secured on inner circumference of partition and endless string 10 passed through rings, it has also loops 11 secured on string between rings, and eccentric. Loops are coupled with eccentric by means of radial strings 13. Filtering partition is made of current-conduction material and is connected to ac current supply arrangement.
