FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: stand has two plates, turning mechanism, shaft, throttled hydraulic distributer and treatment, information recording and process control block. First plate is mounted stationary on base, second plate is mounted on second base with capability of movement in two interperpendicular directions in respect of surface of first plate. Contacting surfaces of both plates have interperpendicular gears. Opposite surface of second plate bears radial gears. Turning mechanism is mounted so as to be capable to turn in plane, that is in parallel to contacting surfaces of plates, and its surface, that contacts surface of second plate, bears first radial gears, that contact gears of second plate, and second radial gears are made on surface, that is interperpendicular to plane of turning of turning mechanism. Shaft is mounted inside turning mechanism, and its surface, that is perpendicular to plane of turning of turning mechanism, bears gears, that contact second radial gears of turning mechanism. Shaft has hole in plane, that is in parallel to plane of second radial gears and hydraulic cylinder is set in the hole. Throttled hydraulic distributer is connected with power unit of hydraulic cylinder and switches on first hydraulic line, linked with hydraulic line between pump and throttled device, and second hydraulic line, linked with hydraulic line between throttled device and guiding distributor. Treatment, information recording and process control block is electrically connected with sensors of motion and force.
