FIELD: metal cutting. SUBSTANCE: mill has a body with cutting tips located on the periphery, made on inserts located in the body recesses. The conjugating surfaces of the recesses and inserts are made an Archimedean path or are the involute. In cross-section the conjugating surfaces of the recesses and inserts are made in the form of mutually corresponding to one another bulges and cavities. The inserts have holes for the wrench and may be made of a highly compounded material. Conjugated surfaces of the insert and recess are taper-shaped in radial section.
