FIELD: cleaning of water. SUBSTANCE: refuse retaining device has refuse retaining member mounted in stream flow. Top edge of the member is fastened to trestle. Low edge is connected with lift by means of flexible links. Refuse retaining member is made in form of water-proof plate mounted for rotation relatively the axis. The flap is connected to lower edge of the plate by hinge. The wall is attached in perpendicular to plane surface between hinge and axis. The plate, the flap and the wall form refuse retaining tray when they are lifted. The flap is lifted by means of flexible links when refuse is accumulated. Refuse finds itself in the tray and is washed away together with water in fish accumulator. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 3 dwg
