FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: steam needle has steam feeding pipe with two groups of radial holes on its lower end and blind butt. Pipe is located with capability to make fixed longitudinal movements in nozzle with radial and guided downwards communicated with recess canals. Steam feeding pipe coaxially and with clearance is located in holder of two coaxially and with clearance set pipes. Pipes are stationary connected to each other by their upper ends and hermetically sealed and are connected with steam feeding pipe with capability to move. Upper end of steam feeding pipe has drive for its longitudinal movements in nozzle and for mutual rotation with it. Nozzle has additional recess, that is communicated with inclined upwards canals, two concentric and coaxial with recess grooves in wall. Inner canal is deeper, than outer one and is place beneath bottom of the latter. End of inner pipe is placed in outer ring type groove with formation of communicating to each other at its bottom ring type clearances. EFFECT: steam needle to thaw frozen grounds is used in construction.
