FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to install a tubular pile into permafrost soil at negative ambient temperature, including well drilling, lowering of an inventory insert with a diametre less than the well diametre down to its bottom below the drilling mud, filling loose soil into the space between the inventory insert and well walls, submersion of a pile into a loosened soil with the open lower end and inner diametre, which is maximum close to the external diametre of an inventory insert, further removal of the inventory insert from the well with subsequent maintenance until the temperature mode of the permafrost soil is restored, differing by the fact that the inventory insert is heated, and filling is carried out with a water-saturated warm soil (version 1). Method to install a pile with a tubular shaft into permafrost soil at negative ambient temperature, including well drilling, the outer diametre of which is maximum close to the well diametre, forming a narrow gap between the outer surface of the pile shaft and well walls, deepening of its end with the pile-submerging equipment into permafrost soil down to a design elevation, differing by the fact that the filling of the narrow gap (preferably 2-4 mm) between the pile and the well walls is made with the water-saturated soil formed as a result of a forced thawing of the local volume of frozen soil along the entire length of the external side surface of the pile, with supply of water steam at pressure in process of a short-term lowering of a steam needle, besides, the diametre of a steam needle is considerably higher than the width of a narrow gap (version 2).
EFFECT: reduction of costs to install tubular piles into permafrost soil.
