FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has radiator and working wheel for axial fan positioned downstream of the radiator and its casing coupled with the radiator. The working wheel has a hub with blades trailing edges of which are set out of the casing. The blades are provided with a ring for directing radial air flow provided at region of the trailing edges at periphery. The radiator has central, periphery and intermediate parts. From the side of the radiator the hub of the working wheel is made of coaxial flow shaping sleeve whose open end is positioned at the vicinity of the radiator. Space of the sleeve is in communication with inlet of centrifugal passages provided within the blades. Outlet of the passages is positioned on periphery faces of the blades. The blades are fully set out of the casing in axial direction. The face of the casing and ring provided at periphery of the blades are made of shaped disks of ring-slot mixing chamber of gas- jet ejector whose active nozzle is made of outlets of centrifugal passages of the blades. The casing is provided with conical manifold from the side of the radiator. A shell provided with openings opposite to outlet of the centrifugal pumps is arranged over periphery of the blades.
