FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: compressed-gas source communicates with drive through pipe system provided with air actuator and pneumatic accumulator in the form of variable-volume vessel placed under water surface in reservoir. Complex has two hydraulic motors, pneumatic accumulator that functions as additional spaces, water reservoir with vertical partition dividing it into two bays. Vessels are arranged in different bays. Partition has through channel mounting hydraulic motors for opposing movement of working elements. Pipelines are provided with shut-off valves to ensure alternate communication between compressed-gas source and vessels of different bays.
