FIELD: measuring instruments. SUBSTANCE: gauge has case with flat diaphragm and plate which is parallel to it. Electrodes of capacitors are mounted on adjacent surfaces of the diaphragm and plate through dielectric sublayers. Movable electrodes of two measuring capacitors made of segments are located at central part. Fixed electrodes of reference capacitors made of ring segments are positioned opposite to each movable electrode of reference capacitors over periphery. Movable electrode of second measuring capacitor and electrode of the second reference capacitor are interconnected with a cross-piece. The plate is provided with answered fixed electrodes. Electrodes of measuring capacitors are positioned at central part and electrodes of reference capacitors are arranged over periphery. Fixed electrode of the first measuring capacitor and electrode of the first reference capacitors are interconnected with a cross-piece. Each converter together with measuring and reference capacitors forms a circuit which is fed from corresponding AC generator. Output of each converter is connected to corresponding amplifier.
