FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument industry and may be used in pressure control and regulation schemes. The overpressure sensor contains a housing with a inlet nipple, membranes fixed within the housing with the housing, nipple, membranes and cover arranged on a common axis. Over the inlet nipple, fixed with concentric rigid plugs, the membrane of the volume sensor is arranged. Over it with the help of other similar profiled plugs the membrane of the overpressure sensor is mounted, fixed in the lower half of the housing consisting of two parts. In the housing lower part a cover is mounted wherethrough in glass plugs conductive outlets are passed from the two sensors. Axially positioned is a pipe for supply of ambient air that is delivered into the cavity of the volume overpressure sensor equipped with proper electrical outlets. In the housing upper part an ambient air cavity is formed whose volume many times exceeds the cavity for preliminary supply of air into the cavity of the volume overpressure sensor. Atmospheric air is delivered into the pressure sensor housing through a hole in the sensor upper cover through a pipe fixed in circuit boards protected against the impact of air moisture with a lacquer coating with the cavities adjacent to the boards filled with epoxy compound.
EFFECT: improved precision of overpressure measurement.
