FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: when total decelerating potential from output of first adder will exceed voltage of switching over of relay element after passing through inertia element the latter will change over to condition logic one which voltage will go in its turn to controlling input of sign switch and will put it into condition of inversion. As a result of it voltage across its output changes its sign and grows negative. In case of strong irritation of some excitation inputs with increase of thresholds of corresponding threshold element total voltage across output of amplifier becomes negative and due to it is fed through third input of adder, where it is subtracted from voltages from outputs of functional converter and nonlinear elements. In consequence of this voltage from output of adder diminishes and with further increase of irritation speed of change of parameters of commissures it will not increase but will decrease.
