In this case signal at output of the converter lowers to zero which causes switching comparator 21 and shorting switch 22 out. As a result, amplitude characteristics of functional converters 11 shift to arising threshold proportionally to total signal of braking postsynaptic potential which has been got by spatial-temporal adding of output signals of all the units 3 for modelling braking synapses in the second additive adder 25.
