FIELD: bionics and biological cybernetics, artificial intelligence and control systems. SUBSTANCE: when pause between two stimuli is greater than 2000 ms, comparator 18 generates pulse which sets flip-flop 19 into ONE state. This results in switching flip-flop 11 into zero state until ONE state of flip-flop 19 is not switched back to zero due to pulse from comparator 10. Pulse from output of comparator 10 is generated after second stimulus in pair is received due to setting flip-flop 11 into zero state and is not passed through gate 12 because its second input receives zero signal from output of flip-flop 11. So accumulation unit 9 is not recharged and its voltage is kept constant since previous pairs of stimuli if pause between them is not greater than 2000 ms. Threshold is not increased, so spike suppression effect is eliminated. This results in closer simulation of real neuron in which effect of conditional spike suppression depends on ratio to pause duration between stimuli. EFFECT: increased precision of simulation. 2 dwg
